Job Title: Complex Technology Director - Medical Equipment Planning
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex medical equipment planning projects, with a focus on high-tech imaging and diagnostic equipment.
Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring seamless execution from planning through implementation.
Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to healthcare clients on equipment selection, procurement, and integration.
Ensure a deep understanding of the implementation of complex medical equipment, including installation, workflow integration, and clinical usability.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, architects, engineers, and vendors to align equipment planning with clinical and operational requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Mentor and develop a team of equipment planning specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical equipment planning, with a specialization in complex technologies such as imaging and diagnostic equipment.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design, equipment procurement, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
