Our client is a leading international renewable energy company. Currently, they are looking for a Community Relations Manager for their ongoing project in Taiwan. As a Community Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that CSR initiatives align seamlessly with the company's objectives and values. Your responsibilities include crafting and implementing impactful CSR strategies, fostering partnerships with external stakeholders, creating and managing community-oriented programs, monitoring initiatives' impact, and effectively communicating CSR initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement CSR Strategies:
- Identify target audiences and devise messaging.
- Design and execute events, ensuring stakeholder coordination.
- Implement CSR initiatives aligned with environmental goals and company values.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Cultivate relationships with non-profits, community groups, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders for effective engagement.
- Attend events, identify influencers, and network to strengthen relationships.
Create and Manage Programs:
- Develop and manage CSR programs, including volunteering and donation initiatives.
- Organize community-connecting events, handling logistics and budgets.
Monitor and Report:
- Implement metrics for measuring engagement.
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Manage Communication and Outreach:
- Collaborate with internal teams for project feasibility studies and permitting processes.
- Communicate CSR initiatives internally, integrating them into the company's culture.
- Develop and execute communication plans, manage social media channels, and address community inquiries.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage the budget for CSR initiatives and community programs.
- Develop budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficient programs.
Advocacy:
- Represent the company in external events and CSR-related advocacy campaigns.
Your Skills:
- Experience in developing and implementing CSR initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Excellent persuasion, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of CSR and community engagement regulations and guidelines.
- Proficient in project management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with Changhua local community and government networks.
- Willingness to travel to the Taipei office if required.
