With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialize in a wide range of commercial roofing services, including the installation, repair, and maintenance or large-scale commercial & industrial buildings.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor roofing crew members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
