Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $125k-$155k (DOE)
Work Schedule: 4.5-Day Work Week, Flexible Hours

Requirements
- 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and business development.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- PE license preferred, or a clear path to obtaining it.
