Job Description: As a Project Manager for Commercial Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of commercial interior projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with their clients, design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and solve problems will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to deliver high-quality commercial interior projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scope of work.
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial interiors.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
