Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client/Project Manager to join this well-established firm in either York or Pittsburgh PA! This position involves the following responsibilities:
- Develop and collaborate with clients to identify, quantify, and successfully complete projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Manage client expectations and project deliverables, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Oversee projects using the company's enterprise system, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage resources to deliver quality engineering services and documentation. Ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule constraints.
- Demonstrate strong management, business development, and communication skills while working with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
- Ensure that all engineering services and documents adhere to the highest quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and meet client specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Qualified candidates for the Client/Project Manager role should:
- Hold an accredited degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, with an active Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred).
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering projects.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in managing engineering projects, from planning through execution and delivery. Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure precision in all project documentation and communication.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with healthcare and/or educational clients and projects within a consulting engineering environment is highly desirable.
