Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with over 7 years of successful business development experience within the environmental consulting space. This role requires an individual who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and new service offerings. You will be responsible for the expansion of existing services and the development of new scopes of work, driving the success of both our clients and our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding service offerings.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in environmental due diligence, industrial hygiene, asbestos, lead, and mold services.
- Lead the proposal process and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand existing service lines and develop new ones.
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging environmental regulations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high levels of service and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or client relationship management within the environmental consulting space (environmental due diligence, industrial hygiene, asbestos/lead/mold services).
- Proven track record of successfully developing new business and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
