Seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee projects in site development. Responsibilities include master planning, site evaluation, utility management, detailed design, and construction services. The role combines technical leadership with client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor team members, guiding project tasks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and determine project requirements based on client needs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Foster a positive work environment and support associate development.
- Build strong client relationships and identify future project opportunities.
- Attend networking events for business development.
- Adhere to quality assurance and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Certifications: PE, AICP, or relevant certification.
- Experience: 10+ years in project management, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and industry software.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Position Type: Full-time with occasional evening work as needed.
Travel: Primarily local during business hours. Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Supervisor Responsibilities: Review and manage staff performance, participate in hiring and training, and support team development.
