Overview
LVI Associates have partnered with an national consultancy who are looking to grow there operations across Missouri helping to facilitate client needs across the residential and commercial industries. As a Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development), you'll work with project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and energy clients, among many others. From an urban redevelopment site and industrial complexes to a new school project, you'll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities.
Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you'll impact the whole project-from conceptual and design phases through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening. This position offers the opportunity for a developing practitioner to grow within a well-established firm, surrounded by licensed professionals, and carve a path for continued success.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)
- 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) preferred
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and HydraFlow
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to research local codes, ordinances, and jurisdictional requirements
- Experience with commercial real estate site design is a plus
