Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will lead project teams to develop land plans for various clients, including commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. Responsibilities include managing project quality, client relations, budgeting, and mentoring junior engineers. You will review designs such as site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management, and interact with clients, contractors, and local officials throughout all project phases from design to construction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in staff development and mentoring
- Technical review capabilities for Civil Engineering deliverables
- Proposal preparation and project management skills
- Ability to build client relationships and develop business opportunities
