Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves overseeing large-scale civil engineering projects, managing a team, and maintaining client relations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
