Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-development due diligence and prepare site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and prepare stormwater management plans and reports.
- Complete regulatory authority research and permitting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from a U.S.-accredited college or university.
- Professional engineering license.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the design of site-related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects.
- Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, and erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction.
- Ability to solve basic engineering problems and make good decisions.
- Excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and team player attitude.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulics software, and Microsoft Office.
