- Review plans and specifications for compliance with laws and regulations.

- Perform inspections and interpret codes in the field as needed.

Project Scope:
- Commercial Building Inspections: Collaborate with a team to review and inspect large commercial buildings, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
- Residential Development Plans: Work with developers and contractors to review and approve plans for new residential communities, focusing on structural integrity and compliance.
- Public Infrastructure Projects: Participate in the inspection and review of public infrastructure projects like bridges, roads, and public buildings, ensuring they are built to last and safe for public use.
- Code Compliance Initiatives: Lead initiatives to update and enforce building codes, working with local government and other stakeholders to improve safety and efficiency in construction practices.
Skills & Knowledge:

- FL Plans Examiner License required.
