Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Valuation team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in business valuation practices.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business valuation, with a proven track record of leadership and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
