Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing clients in the United States, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attract new customers within the US market.
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and successfully introduce products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide commercial and technical support (in collaboration with local engineers), addressing their needs effectively.
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Team to generate market reports that support decision-making processes, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Create forecasts and reports, identify areas for improvement, and monitor market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Over 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of growing revenue year-over-year.
- Strong understanding of DC EV Charger products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex technical benefits in simple terms.
- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and the ability to review and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
