The Business Development Manager will be responsible forโฆ
- Supporting the origination team in identifying and maintaining relationships to increase access to new business opportunities.
- Driving negotiations with customers.
- Delivering solar proposals as well as financial benefit reports to increase opportunities for business.
- Finding and responding to solar requests for proposals.
The Business Development Manager should haveโฆ
- A bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the C&I solar or real estate space.
- Exceptional written, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- An understanding of financial concepts applicable to commercial real estate.
