We are currently partnered with a full scale architectural and envelope consulting firm who are looking to bring on board a skilled Building Envelope Project Manager to their growing Seattle office. As the Building Envelope Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's growth trajectory while working in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing supervision to field personnel and closely monitoring field and construction activities to ensure top-notch quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Conducting thorough investigations using both destructive and non-destructive methods to assess situations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Performing inspections and observations at existing facilities, focusing on roofing and construction issues.
- Establishing and maintaining project files, as well as reviewing, creating, and updating the Project Directory.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new clients while providing individual facilities management and support for new construction projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 5 years of work experience in the construction and/or architectural/engineering industry
- Registered Roof Consultant (RRC); and/or Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC); and/or Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)
- Proficient with Autodesk Suites (Revit, AutoCAD)
