Summary As the Building Envelope Principal, you'll apply your engineering principles and experience to manage projects in design, construction administration, assessments, and investigations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consulting and inspection of building envelope services
Preparation of proposals and reports
Project management including estimating, billing, and budgeting
Business development and client relationship building
Managing project-specific revenues and expenses
Providing creative and practical solutions to clients
Qualifications
Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer preferred
10+ years of experience in building envelope testing and inspection
Strong understanding of real estate development and construction industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Strong partnering skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
