Job Description: The Building Enclosure Consultant will be responsible for managing building system inventory, condition assessments, and ongoing building system data within the firm's database and web portal technology solution. This role involves extensive experience in building envelope consulting, including roof, facade, parking, and pavement consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct building envelope investigations and assessments.
- Develop design drawings and project specifications.
- Provide construction administration and quality observation.
- Manage building system inventory and condition assessments.
- Implement sustainability programs to extend the life cycle of building system assets.
- Collaborate with clients to solve critical facility problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting.
- Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in GIS-enabled database and web portal technology solutions.
