Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of BAS projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BAS Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems, including HVAC controls, lighting controls, and other automated building systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
