Bridge Senior Project Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridge Senior Project Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Orlando or Tampa. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who holds a PE license in Florida and has extensive experience working with FDOT projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within our Transportation Engineering sector.
- Location: Hybrid position based out of Orlando, FL or Tampa, Fl
- Licensure Required: A Professional Engineer (PE) License valid in Florida
Skill Requirements & Experience Expected:
- Ten or more years seasoned expertise specifically focused on bridges related to transportation engineering.
- In-depth knowledge about local regulations impacting project delivery such as those by FDOT.
- Ability to lead direct reports while fostering growth among junior staff members through mentoring programs designed extensively around practical learning experiences during task management processes
- Experience exploring innovative solutions towards complex challenges encountered throughout various stages involved in constructing and maintaining civil infrastructure systems mainly concerning large-scale bridging ventures
- Capable multitasking efficiently between different assignments without compromising quality standards expected at each developmental phase; ensuring all goals set forth by client specifications are met promptly according schedule planned beforehand
