Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Bridge Engineering Project Manager to lead our bridge design projects. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in bridge design and be proficient in technical delivery, project management, people management, and business development. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage complex projects, mentor team members, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bridge design projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure technical delivery of projects meets high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Oversee project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive business development efforts to secure new projects and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in bridge design and project management.
- Proficiency in technical delivery and project management tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
