About the Role:
We are looking for a BESS Project Developer to support the development of battery energy storage projects from concept to completion. This role involves site identification, permitting, stakeholder management, and coordinating technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of BESS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential BESS project sites.
- Manage permitting and regulatory approvals.
- Work with engineers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to advance projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Support power purchase agreements and grid connection processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or related fields.
- Knowledge of permitting, grid connection, and energy market regulations.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
