We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Service Manager with expertise in the Reliable Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems. This role will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC control systems, ensuring Reliable DDC systems perform efficiently and reliably.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of technicians to install, calibrate, and maintain Reliable DDC-based HVAC systems.
- Ensuring HVAC systems run efficiently, with minimal downtime, through regular system assessments and troubleshooting.
- Managing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing reliability of Reliable DDC systems.
- Resolving HVAC control issues promptly and coordinating with clients to meet their system reliability and performance requirements.
- Training and mentoring staff on best practices for maintaining Reliable DDC systems.
