Position Summary:
The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company within the company. They will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of audio-visual solutions for live events.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Prospect and qualify new clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Use industry connections to build new client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored audio-visual solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Solution Consulting:
- Work closely with the technical team to understand and articulate complex audio-visual solutions.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their specific event requirements.
- Create detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations outlining the proposed solutions.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of audio-visual setups for live events.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.#

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the Audio Visual Live Events Industry.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
