Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their audio-visual needs for live events.
- Identify new business opportunities within the live events industry and develop strategies to expand the client base.
Consultative Selling:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide expert advice on audio-visual solutions that align with clients' goals, ensuring a seamless and impactful event experience.
Proposal Development:
- Create detailed and customized proposals that outline audio-visual solutions, equipment, and services tailored to clients' event specifications.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing questions, and adapting offerings based on client feedback.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of AV services for live events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project details, timelines, and requirements.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality AV solutions.
- Provide clients with accurate cost estimates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Industry Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about industry trends, network with potential clients, and represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AV Account Executive in the live events industry.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and their applications in live event settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within the live events industry.
- Familiarity with event planning and production processes.
- Experience working with audio-visual technology vendors and manufacturers.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the live events and AV industry.
