Our client, a leader in audio-visual integration, is looking for an Audio Visual Estimator to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who excels in cost estimation, project bidding, and AV system analysis.

About the Role:

As an Audio Visual Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the sales team in delivering winning proposals. Your expertise will help ensure that AV projects are scoped, budgeted, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for AV projects, including materials, labor, and installation
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to assess project scope
• Source and price AV equipment, cabling, and system components
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Assist in creating proposals and bid documentation
• Stay up to date with AV technology, pricing, and vendor partnerships

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in AV estimating, project management, or sales support
• Knowledge of commercial AV systems, including Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, and Dante
• Experience using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and AV estimating software
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids
• CTS or other AV industry certifications (preferred)
