About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge Audio Visual (AV) solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales and manage key client relationships within the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). This is a remote role; however, candidates must be based in the region to effectively support enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in AV solutions, collaboration technologies, and enterprise sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's footprint by developing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, engage, and grow enterprise-level AV accounts.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent post-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and support) to design and deliver tailored AV solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience within the Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or IT industry.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of AV technology, collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex), and digital signage solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment while actively engaging with clients in the Tri-State Area.
Experience working with enterprise clients in corporate, education, healthcare, or government sectors is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field preferred.
