I am looking for an Associate Director to join a dedicated team in Berlin.
My client is a global leader in design, engineering and consulting and a chosen partner for climate change, sustainability across energy, transportation and water sectors.
As an Associate Director your role is develop and lead a team of 10+ sustainability experts, delivering sustainability consulting for a variety of projects and acquiring of new business in the Property Sector.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the property sector, preferably with deep consulting experience and understanding of industry specific programs and transformation processes and a strong ability to engage with clients at high organizational levels.
- Very good knowledge of German and International sustainability requirements, legislation and market trends, i.e. GEG, CRREM, SBTi, SFDR/CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the adoption of the various instruments or the European Green Deal for clients.
- A minimum 5 years in a team leading position.
- Must be fluent in German & English
- Berlin is preferred.
