Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards in Seattle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Assisting in the management of complex civil engineering projects, supporting the Project Manager with planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling tools and cost-tracking systems.
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Participating in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
