Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support the Project Manager in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
