This firm is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to lead public works projects like streets, storm drains, sewers, water systems, alongside transportation and traffic projects under the guidance of the multi-licensed Engineering Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: Assist in overseeing the design, planning, and execution of projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Engineering Review: Review construction documents for compliance and feasibility. Coordinate with utility companies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with contractors, engineers, city officials, and public agencies. Communicate project updates to residents and businesses.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SWPPP, LID/WQMP, ADA, and traffic safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- California EIT or TE (California PE preferred)
- 3+ years experience in transportation/municipal engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, other traffic engineering related softwares a plus!
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
