Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience working within the solar industry
- A background in EPC work
- Experience managing construction projects
Requirements:
- Coordinate between field teams, project teams, and clients
- Comfortable traveling upwards to 75%
- Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
- Oversee project activities such as change orders and submittals
- Manage project documents and tracking logs
- Drive team meetings and foster a culture of learning
- Guide the work of Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
- Develop critical thinking skills through collaboration with Project Managers
- Interact extensively with production teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to build professional relationships and expand your network
Skills:
- Project Management: As this role involves the assistance of overseeing various aspects of project management including scheduling timelines and budgets; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; supervising contractors' progress towards deadlines - it requires someone who has strong organizational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
