A top and global water treatment chemical MNC is looking for an:
- Area Sales Manager for the Heavy industry
- Corporate Account Manager for the Downstream industry
in Jakarta, Indonesia. This includes markets like Petrochemical, O&G, Power and Metal manufacturing industry segments.
Product offerings: Water Treatment Chemicals / Solutions
Base location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and P&L for heavy industry across Indonesia
- Lead a team of 8-10 members including Account Managers, Application Engineers and Technicians (individual contributor for Downstream CAM role).
- Oversee the business development and growth strategy for the heavy industry across Indonesia
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and upscale team members
- Work closely with technical team on providing value added services to customers
- Regional travels and periodic reporting of financials
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business, Engineering or Science
- 15+ years of water treatment sales management experience in industrial / heavy / downstream industry in Indonesia
- Familiar with water treatment chemical and its application use
- Prior leadership experience for Area Sales Manager (CAM will be individual contributor).
- Domestic travel across Indonesia for up to 70%
