Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Develop initial project designs, considering functional, aesthetic, and cultural aspects.
- Prepare detailed building plans for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
- Create budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the construction team, ensuring effective communication.
- Oversee building contractors and construction crews during the implementation phase.
- Regularly visit project sites to ensure compliance with state regulations and design specifications.
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, adjust time schedules, and manage revised budgets.
- Conduct a final inspection after project completion to ensure quality and adherence to design intent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- State architecture certification.
- A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in drafting software, including Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into functional construction designs.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of construction costs and time frames.
