If you have a proven track record in surveying existing healthcare environments and assisting with NYS building code and FGI Guidelines for Hospital and Outpatient facility requirements, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
Responsibilities:
- Produce architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents
- Collaborate effectively with the professional team and clients to deliver well-coordinated working drawings
- Coordinate architectural drawings with other professional consultants
- Manage multiple projects at various stages and meet deadlines
Position Details:
- Salary Range: $90K - $120K per year
