Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to construction administration.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise project staffing, ensuring the right resources are allocated to each phase.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and project updates.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and codes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; additional experience with other design software is a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
