Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and management of workplace projects from concept through completion
- Develop creative, functional, and sustainable workplace solutions that align with client needs
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution
- Oversee construction documentation, specifications, and quality control processes
- Stay informed on workplace design trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in workplace design and project management
- Licensed Architect preferred (or in pursuit of licensure)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of workplace trends, furniture systems, and building codes
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
