Position Overview: As an Architect in the Design and Research team, you will play a crucial role in developing visionary and conceptually strong architectural designs. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, participate in competitions, and contribute to the realisation of iconic structures that push the boundaries of design excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conceptual Design: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and conceptually strong architectural designs for various projects and competitions.
Competition Participation: Engage in architectural competitions, contributing creative ideas and designs to showcase the firm's capabilities and push the boundaries of architectural innovation.
Visualisation: Produce high-quality renderings and visualisations to communicate design concepts effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Design Development: Work on the development of design concepts into detailed architectural plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and schedule.
Material and Technology Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture, integrating innovative solutions into design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to project design.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and competition juries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design and competition participation.
- 3-5 years experience in German Architecture.
- Fluent German speaking.
- Preferably Revit experience.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
