My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acoustic Consultant to work remotely with their team. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for a range of acoustic consulting services. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with our team members to deliver exceptional acoustic solutions for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct noise and vibration assessments for a range of projects including construction sites, transportation, industrial sites, and buildings.
* Use specialized software and equipment to measure and analyze noise and vibration levels.
* Prepare detailed technical reports outlining acoustic solutions and recommendations.
* Provide technical support to project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
* Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure compliance with relevant noise and vibration regulations.
* Attend project meetings and provide technical input and support to team members.
* Work collaboratively with our team to develop and deliver exceptional acoustic solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in acoustic consulting and assessments.
* Strong knowledge of acoustic principles and their application in the built environment.
* Experience with specialized acoustic measurement equipment and software.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
* Experience working remotely preferred.
