Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the full lifecycle of B2B sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct high-volume outbound customer calls to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and maximize profitability.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through various channels, including databases, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and follow-up calls.
- Collaborate with management to create targeted prospect lists, develop call strategies, and craft messaging to uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer information using the company's CRM system.
- Communicate event needs effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment on project status, budgets, and production requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in prospecting, generating new accounts, and successfully closing business deals.
- Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using remote tools such as Webex, Zoom, and Slack for business operations.
- Skilled in using MS Suite, including SharePoint, for productivity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing leads and customer interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual and Corporate Event products or experience in related industries is preferred.
