Job Description:
We are a leader in the design, deployment, and integration of Guest Experience and Infotainment solutions, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated AV Technician to join our Miami team. With over 35 years of experience, we specialize in providing creative and innovative solutions for a variety of sectors including Cruise Ships, Theme Parks, Entertainment Centers, Casinos, and Performing Arts Centers. Our expertise spans across audio, video, rigging, broadcasting, lighting, public address systems, and dynamic displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and wiring of equipment racks and panels.
- Installation of connectors, cable management, displays, speakers, and projectors.
- Interpretation of electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
- Use of hand and power tools for soldering, crimping connectors, and other AV systems-related tasks.
- Installation of projector and screen support structures.
- Troubleshooting of wiring or connection issues.
- Supervision of the installation team under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Liaison with customers in the absence of the Project Manager.
- Post-job documentation as needed.
- Demonstrating leadership on job sites.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of audiovisual installation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, and control systems.
- Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools.
