Position Overview:
Our client, a respected engineering firm with a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in water and wastewater system planning, design, and construction. Based in Baltimore, MD, this position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on technical tasks, lead projects, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Participate in pre-project presentations and client interviews.
- Independently manage technical tasks while coordinating with team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater system planning, design, and construction.
- P.E. license in Maryland or the ability to obtain it within 6 months through comity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Compensation:
The expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
