Water Resources Project Manager

We are seeking a Licensed Engineer with 8 or more years of experience to join our team as a Project Manager in the Mountain States!

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Prefer Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE License or ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • 8+ years' experience in the civil engineering field
  • Extensive hydraulic design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resources
  • Experience in 1D & 2D hydraulic models to evaluate impacts of structures on flooding
  • Develop hydrologic models to predict flood recurrence intervals and flood volumes
  • Prepares studies, reports, plans, and specifications for a wide variety of projects
  • Strong computer skills a plus, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  • Ability to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the water resources group
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
