Technical Leader - PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in structural engineering efforts
  • Oversee structural framing layout, design calculations, and detailing
  • Develop construction documents using Revit software
  • Design projects in accordance with client specifications and guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage project-specific quality plans and technical resources
  • Assist in marketing proposals and participate in client presentations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and development

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $170K - $190K
  • Quarterly Bonuses

  • Engineering for transportation-funded projects
  • Bus storage & maintenance facilities to large PennDOT construction projects
