Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and labor forces to maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, and workflow to optimize project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers regarding on-site activities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, and change orders.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Proven track record of managing projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, mixed-use, and industrial.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
