Restaurant Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Project Manager with direct experience in building high-end restaurants for a general contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects simultaneously and will report to the VP of Project Management and the President.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of restaurant construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction of high-end restaurants.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to long-term employment and career growth.
