Regional Sales Manager
Company Overview
A well-established water technology is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. This role manages and grows strategic channel partners, develops and implements sales strategies, and achieves sales targets for the products, spare parts, and services across South East Asia. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing excellent after sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
- Present products and services to clients, demonstrating their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns
- Work with clients to finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Achieve set sales goals through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
- Regularly update management on sales performance, market trends, and future projections
- Oversee existing accounts, ensuring clients' needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional sales
- Create and implement a comprehensive plan to target key accounts and prospects within the assigned territory
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6 years of experience in related industry sales and/or business development
- Strong sales and business development acumen with a track record of achieving targets
- Experience in partner management, contract negotiations, and market expansion
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
