Job Description: Seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Safety Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management, particularly in self-perform work. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and well-being of the workforce and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
