POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager for the Energy Division is responsible for managing smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex Energy project. The person may manage a team or serve as a project lead and will be responsible for ensuring the project schedule and deadlines are adhered to.

LOCATION: WINTERS, CA - ONSITE

What you'll do:

  • Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to clients and leadership
  • Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for the project
  • Participates in project meetings with internal departments
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of the project are on schedule
  • Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other reports as necessary
  • Delegates work and serves as a mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Project Management space
  • Proven ability to manage small teams
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
